A dedicated gas-phase ozone sanitation system designed for barrel interiors, tanks, and enclosed spaces. The Dry Defense delivers high-concentration gaseous ozone that penetrates wood grain pores to eliminate Brettanomyces, Acetobacter, and other spoilage organisms without chemical residues.
Why Ozone for Barrels?
Traditional chlorinated cleaners cannot be used safely in barrel sanitation due to the porous nature of oak. Ozone is the only method that can effectively penetrate and sanitize the barrel interior without impacting wine quality.
