NZQW needed to upgrade their filler system with a chemical-free water treatment solution that could handle variable production demands while maintaining consistent water quality. The existing chlorine-based system was creating taste issues and generating unwanted disinfection by-products, and the client wanted a more sustainable approach.

Our Solution

Ozone Technologies designed a custom modular ozone system featuring automated ozone generation and dosing control, PSA oxygen generation for consistent ozone production, integrated dissolved ozone monitoring, and a flexible design that scales with production demand. The system replaced all chemical disinfection with ozone, eliminating the need for chemical storage, handling, and rinse cycles.
